Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how DGNanotech, S.A. ("DGNanotech", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the AduanasFlex by DGNanotech platform available at https://app.aduanasflex.com ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We collect: (a) account information you provide when registering (name, email, phone, company, role, country); (b) customs operations data you upload to the Service (invoices, customs procedures, permits, accounting entries, refunds, attachments); and (c) data accessed through Google APIs when you choose to connect a Google account, as described in Section 4.

2. How we use the information

We use the information solely to: (i) provide, operate and maintain the Service; (ii) authenticate users and prevent fraud; (iii) enable user-facing features such as importing data from Google Sheets/Docs, scheduling events in Google Calendar, and sending notification emails through Gmail on the user's behalf; (iv) respond to support requests; and (v) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

3. Legal basis and storage

Personal data is processed on the basis of the contractual relationship with you or your organization. Data is stored in infrastructure managed by DGNanotech with strict isolation between customers, and files are kept in secure cloud storage. Data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for the additional period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

4. Google user data and OAuth scopes

When you connect a Google account, AduanasFlex by DGNanotech requests the following OAuth scopes only with your explicit consent:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — read and write calendar events to synchronize them with customs operations stages and reminders.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — display upcoming events from your calendar in the application dashboard.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — read messages associated with a customs procedure, when the user explicitly imports them into the file.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — send notifications and documents related to customs procedures from the authenticated user's account, only at the user's direct request.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly — import data (clients, products, accounting catalogs) from Google Sheets selected by the user.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents.readonly — import content from Google Docs selected by the user as templates or supporting documentation.

We never request more scopes than necessary, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

verified_user Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

AduanasFlex by DGNanotech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: (a) we use the data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application; (b) we do not transfer the data except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale with notice to users; (c) we do not use the data to serve advertisements; and (d) we do not allow humans to read the data, except (i) with the user's affirmative consent for specific messages, (ii) to perform internal security operations, (iii) when necessary for limited customer support with explicit consent, or (iv) when required by law.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service (cloud storage, transactional email, payment processing, notifications and AI assistant features). Each sub-processor is bound by data protection agreements.

6. International data transfers

Data may be processed in data centers located in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate. Where required, transfers are protected through standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), access control by role, audit logs, password hashing and CSRF protection. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to info@dgnanotech.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at https://aduanasflex.com/privacy-policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice in the Service before they become effective.
